Return and Exchange Policy

Inspection Period

    • 7-day Inspection Period: You must contact our customer service and confirm the return process within 7 days of receiving the product. Otherwise, we cannot accept the return.

Exchange

    • Conditions: Only original, unused, and undamaged products are eligible for exchange.

    • Time Frame: You must apply for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the package.

    • Costs: The shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Restrictions: We do not accept exchanges for different products (e.g., exchanging Product A for Product B).

    • Costs: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

    • Notification: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.

    • Refund Processing: Once approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

    • Fees: All return orders will incur a 5% deduction from the original shipping cost as a banking transaction fee. For orders that opted for free shipping, an additional $20 shipping fee will be deducted.

Non-Defective Descriptions

    • Color Difference: Color variations due to monitor and photo differences do not qualify as defects. The actual color is based on the physical product.

    • Baroque and Natural Pearls: Each pearl is unique. Unless there is a quality issue, we do not accept returns due to appearance differences.

    • Gemstones and Jade: Each gemstone has unique natural patterns. Unless there is a quality issue, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to appearance differences.

Return Eligibility

    • Conditions: Products must be in the same condition as received (unused, undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging) and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Restrictions: We do not accept returns of worn, scratched, or damaged items.

    • Costs: Return shipping and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items lost during the return process. Refunds will only be issued once the items are confirmed delivered.

Exchange and Return Instructions

    • Please confirm the condition of the product after unpacking. Each order is only eligible for one return or exchange. For additional purchases or returns, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

    • If the total order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, overseas customers will be charged a shipping fee of USD 10 to USD 20.

    • Returned items must be in their original packaging with the receipt intact and undamaged.

    • Modified items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective (e.g., changing posts/clips, adding extension chains, etc.).

    • Earrings are considered personal hygiene items and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened unless defective.

    • Additional items cannot be returned separately. If you request a return, it will fail and cannot be completed.

    • After contacting customer service and confirming receipt of the item, refunds and exchanges will be processed.

    • If the return does not meet the threshold for a gift, the “gift” must also be returned.

    • Our store reserves the final right to decide on returns and exchanges.
