Shipping Time and Policy

We will ship your order within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving it. Custom orders and handmade products may take 10 to 15 business days to ship. Once the package is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number, so you can check the delivery status at any time. Please note that during busy periods, order preparation may take up to 5 business days.

International Order Information

    • Payment Methods: We accept credit card and PayPal payments.

    • Delivery Methods: International orders are shipped via “SF Express” or “China Post EMS”.

    • Recipient Information: The recipient’s name and address must be filled out in English.

    • Invoice Policy: According to Shenzhen tax law, direct export of goods or services to foreign buyers does not require a unified invoice.

After the package is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 35 days, depending on the destination and customs inspection. If customs duties are incurred, they are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is refused due to customs duties, no refund will be issued.

Shipping Instructions

Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping information provided (including the full name in English as per your passport). If incorrect shipping information causes the package to be undeliverable or unclaimed, the order will be canceled and refunded in the form of store credits (shipping fees are non-refundable). You will receive an email notification once the process is complete. If you need the package to be resent, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

China Post airmail packages will not be contacted by phone if undeliverable. Instead, a claim slip will be left at the post office, and you must present the slip within the specified time to collect your package. After the package is dispatched, we will notify you by email. If you choose “International Registered Mail,” please check the package status at your local post office for faster information retrieval. Taiwan Post query time is approximately 30 days.

International Customs and Import Duties

All international shipments must undergo customs inspection, and duties are decided and levied by the local customs authorities. If duties are incurred, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local post office for specific duty amounts. If additional duties are required, the tax authority will notify you and send a customs notice. You can retrieve your package after paying the duties.

International Package Refusal Notice

If you refuse to sign for the package, you will still be responsible for the shipping and import fees incurred. These fees will be deducted from the package cost, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
